Learn More About Next Steps
We’ve answered some of the questions people often ask when they first connect with us. If you’ve got something else on your mind, we’re only a call away on 0423 827 424.
Getting started is simple! Once you get in touch, we’ll schedule a time to chat about your needs and goals. During this chat, we’ll explain how our services work, and together, we’ll figure out the best support options for you. If you’re new to the NDIS, we can also help you understand how to navigate your plan and what services you can access.
No, not at all. Whether you’ve just been approved or are still in the process of setting up your NDIS plan, we can help. If you’re unsure about what’s included in your plan or how to use it, we’re happy to guide you through it and explain your options.
The NDIS eligibility criteria require that you have a permanent disability that significantly affects your day-to-day life and be under 65 years of age. You also need to be an Australian citizen or have a permanent or special category visa. If you’re not sure about your eligibility, we can connect you with resources to help you apply or guide you through the next steps. Here's more information that will help.
Absolutely. We know how important it is to have your family and informal supports involved. Whether it’s your parents, siblings, or close friends, we encourage them to be a part of your decision-making process, if that’s what you want. We’re here to support not just you, but also those who support you.
Once we begin working together, we’ll create a personalised plan based on your NDIS goals. You can expect us to be flexible, responsive, and dedicated to helping you with everyday tasks, learning new skills, and getting out into the community. Our support workers get to know you, understand your preferences, and work with you to ensure the support fits your lifestyle. We’re always checking in to make sure you’re happy with the services, and adjustments can be made as you go.
